HOW TO USE

Our BPA-free and fully recyclable packaging was designed to optimize freshness and efficacy. That’s why we keep some ingredients in powder form and others in liquid form separately in the same bottle.

Prior to your first use, depress the pump Quickly and FIRMLY. You will hear two clicking sounds indicating that the chamber that separates the powder has been broken. Failure to do this step may actually damage the pump itself.

After cleansing and drying your face, apply 2-3 pumps to your fingertip and massage into face with a pressing motion. If you have a larger face or want to cover additional areas such as the neck, pump additional product and apply.

For best results, apply in the morning and evening each day.

We recommend using a “patch test” prior to using the product. Test a pump-sized amount of product on the lower jaw area. Wait 1-2 minutes to see if any redness or irritation occurs. If you do experience a negative reaction, please discontinue use of the product.

What is the shelf life of this product?

What are the enefits of using both the serum and the cream together? Can one get the same results by just using one?

There are different benefits based on the formulation rather than just the pure ingredients, and that's why we tout the differences in benefits. The Serum is designed to lift and tighten the skin, and address age spots. The Serum was designed to have a viscosity that is close to water which aids in the quick absorption deep into the skin. The proprietary blended powder includes NR and ensures it's stability and efficacy. On the other hand, the Skin Energy Cream is designed to reduce sagging skin, hydrate and address redness from UV and other environmental exposure. The key anti-aging ingredients in the Cream are the same (17 amino acids, 7 peptides, Sodium Hyaluronate, 2% niacinamide and 2% NR), however it also contains ingredients such as adenosine which is a soothing and anti-inflammatory ingredient or cetearyl glucoside which also helps to soothe the skin. The emulsification helps the NR in a delayed release manner rather than a quick absorption which is also why it helps with redness rather than dark spots. The Serum is particularly successful with recovery from microneedling, lasers and IPL, while the Cream is particularly good after a chemical peel during the treatment room services provided.
